    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the services provided by TD Automation & Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

    2. Services Description

    TD Automation & Consulting provides business automation, consulting, and custom technology solutions including but not limited to:

    • Business process optimization consulting
    • Content automation and publishing systems
    • Website and landing page development
    • Custom application development
    • Enterprise system integration

    3. Project Engagement

    All project engagements are subject to:

    • Written agreement or statement of work
    • Agreed-upon pricing and payment terms
    • Defined project scope and deliverables
    • Specified timeline and milestones

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

    • Hourly rates start at $65/hour based on project complexity
    • Fixed-price projects require deposits as outlined in agreements
    • Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
    • Late payments may incur additional fees

    5. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed deliverables as specified in project agreements. We retain rights to:

    • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
    • General knowledge and expertise gained
    • Portfolio rights (with client permission)

    6. Confidentiality

    We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and proprietary data. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without written consent.

    7. Warranties and Disclaimers

    We provide services with professional care and expertise. However, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as explicitly stated in project agreements.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    TD Automation & Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the project agreement. Client remains responsible for payment for work completed prior to termination.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TD Automation & Consulting operates.
